How do I stay motivated?

I will start an exercise program, and for about three weeks I am really good at woring out everyday. After that, I lose motivation. How do you stay motivated to workout?

  • Change up the workout some. When you start to feel unmotivated, just switch up your routine. Not only will your interests be up but it may avoid a plateau. GL!

  • Get a friend to excersize with REALLY helps! it makes it a lot funner to have someone to laugh with and to cheer each other on. That way you can also keep each other accountable.

  • me too!
    I rotate what I do, that's supposed to help you keep loosing weight.
    I like to rotate things like bike riding, walking gym activities and rotate with the different Richard Simmons DVDs.

  • Workout buddies are great for motivation .. you can also take pics every few weeks and SEE your progress .. that will help.

    Also, you can find virtual workout buddies, log your progress, or chat with people with similar goals on my Beachbody website.
    Just click Join the Club, it's free and offers some good info.

  • Give yourself a reward meal each week, eat what you want. Take pictures weekly and take your measurements to see your progress.
