  • I love my bbq pulled pork:
    5lb pork butt
    oven bag
    4tsp soy sauce
    4tsp liquid smoke
    1/2c water

MIx liquid in bag and marinate pork butt for four hours on each side. Poke three holes in bag one on each end and one in the middle bake with fat side up at 400 for an hour then reduce heat to 350 for three and a half hours. Shred with fork and mix in hickory smoke bbq sauce!! **If you are starting late in the evening you can marinate over night***

OH and I make an awesome drunken ham:
    Frick's Ham
Pony bottle of bud **don't use a can it will leave a metalic taste**

Heat oven to 200 place ham in oven bag and pour in bud. Seal bag and cook for 12 hours. Slice and serve!!
