How would I half this bisquick biscuit recipe?

2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick
2/3 cup milk

  • 1 1/8 bisquick and then I'd just fill up the 2/3 cup half of the way =)

  • I only knew this so quickly because I have to do things like that a lot for my job. I'm a graphic designer, and measuring is a constant thing. Otherwise, I would have no idea either.

  • Mmm, bisquick biscuits, our favorite! Yep, it's 1 & 1/8 cup bisquick, and 1/3 cup milk - that doesn't make a whole lot though - for our family of 6 I usually double the recipe and maybe have 2 or 3 leftover!
