How can I get formula/spit up out of my son's clothes?

  • I'm not sure how you can if it's set it but I always rinse out the clothes his spits up on and then I put some laundry deteregent directly on the spot. That usually keeps it from staining.

  • Soaking it in Oxi Clean usually worked for us.

  • Bleach, if it's white. Otherwise a lot of spray and wash.

  • I usually soaked the dirty article/s of clothing in oxyclean overnight and tossed in the wash the next day. Worked every time!

  • Before every load of baby clothes I use spray and wash on any stained items and spend about 20-30 seconds scrubbing it in with an old toothbrush. I only had to throw out two onsies in the whole year and my daughter spit up A LOT!

  • I love baby oxiclean, I think it works better than regular so I use that on our stuff too lol. I also use the toddler stain spray remover, that stuff is awesome!

  • I use dreft pretreater spray and it works wonders. I also use a color safe bleach if the stains are from food, I just add it to the load with the detergent. I have had very few permanent stains.
