Anyone have any Low/no carb recipes?

I am on a low carb diet and always looking for new recipes.
Desserts, appetizers, main course, etc.

  • I do baked chicken with feta cheese and tomatoes. Also eggplant lasagna.

  • Spinach artichoke dip served with raw veggies. Can probably find the recipe online.

    Egg puffs (eggs mixed with cheese/ham/herbs, whatever you like) baked in a mini muffin tin.

    Prosciutto-wrapped asparagus (grilled).

    Lettuce wraps. One of my faves is to take romaine lettuce, spread some homemade guacomole on, roll up a piece of turkey and place on top of that. Roll it like a taco.

    Zabaglione (dessert). Limit the sugar or swap out the sugar with a sugar substitute (not sure if that would affect the texture).

  • Main courses are the easiest; just stick with lean meats and non-starchy veggies.
