If you have a bioparent you do not get along with are they on your blocked list or do you let them see all your posts and photos on facebook?

Just thought I would clarify my question from earlier.

  • You could always do something in between. It is possible to determine who can see your posts and pics and who can't.

  • I don't block anyone from seeing my Profiles or information... I have yet to find a good reason to be that petty.

  • my daughters dad and his side of the fmaily want nothing to do with our daughter..therefore we are not 'friends' on facebook...but i am 'friends' with his sister, (dd's aunt) but yes, i do block most pictures from her..

  • I've had to block one person once. They kept leaving harassing posts and I kept deleting and then blocked them. Dh and I use our profiles to promote our work and my sd's mom cyber-stalks us so I've considered it but she is so obsessed I'm pretty sure blocking her wouldn't stop her!

  • I am not on speaking terms with my parents and I would not have them viewing any of my information. I can't help the conversations on my sister's fb wall....but I choose to not have them as "friends." What my sister chooses to share I can't control. But if I truly don't care about them....then what does it matter what they know or don't know? I just don't care to see thier pages, hear things about them, or have any sort of contact. I often tell my sister when she starts in on some bit of intormation that is complaining in nature to move on to a different topic.
