  • I take whey protein in my water bottle to the gym every day. Music seems to motivate me too!!!!

  • eating healthy and exercising...on the days that I exercise I have way more energy and feel so much better (or course this is after you get used to exercising if you dont on a regular basis, the first couple of weeks at the gym kicked my butt)

  • I've heard vitamin B12 is great to use. :)

    There is also a ton of advice on this site which I use... work outs which help energize and such. :) Get a Free Online Diet
