I'm making hamburgers tonight; what can I add

  • My mom used to mix bbq sauce into the meat before she made the patties, she also used to chunks of cheese inside them.

  • My husband will put sausage or bacon into the meat mix. I think he precooks the bacon and crumbles it. It's really good. Sausage can be like italian sausage or breakfast sausage (not maple!!), but the one that looks like a thing of ground beef, not the little links.

  • If you like Blue cheese, You can get the crumble blue cheese and add some to your patties when making them,,, it is very Good!

  • Grated onion is good, with a few drops of Worcestershire sauce too. Make two thin patties for every burger and place a slice of cheese in the middle, pinching the edges together so it doesn't ooze out while cooking. Yum!

  • i mix in blue cheese crumbles sometimes.

    i mix half turkey ground half beef cause its healthier.

    a lil bit of steak sauce on top or a fried egg

  • try finely chopped onions, peppers, mushrooms, pre-cooked bacon and or sausage with garlic salt and parsley...
