Other than Photoshop, what's a good professional grade photo editing program?

I'm looking for a professional program, not the free internet ones. I had Photoshop cs4 but I got a new computer and I can't install it again since it had already been on the old computer. I wouldn't have spent hundreds of dollars on it if I had known that I would not be able to use it on a new computer. I am so angry with Adobe right now and their non-English speaking tech "help"! So I am looking for a different program that does the same type of things.

  • I don't like Photoshop. I like Corel Paintshop Pro x-4 IDK how professional it is, but its super easy for me to do all kinds of fun stuff to my photos. I got mine at Target for $80, but they're running a special on the Corel site right now for $60 I think. I love it!

  • I have both photoshop and paintshop and honestly I use paintshop more often. They have a lot of similarities.
