2 Bumps

Which is the worse dinner?

chef Boyardee beef ravioli, a pack of welch's fruit snacks and 2 chips ahoy cookies or the Kid Cuisine Spaghetti with mini meatballs corn and a brownie. Without looking. This is for fun.

    snacks 80 cal sodium 15
    cookies 75 cal sodium 70
    total 385 cal sodium 1200 vit A 40% Vit C 100% Iron 14% vit E 25% calcium 0%

    Meal 2)
    460 cal sodium 600 calcium 8% no other nutrients.

  • So the Chef Boyardee is worse. Doesn't surprise me. Takes more chemicals to keep that stuff "fresh" than to keep something frozen "fresh".

  • Well, they are both have pro's and con's
    The chef is way high in sodium but is is way more nutritionally rounded So pick your poison so to speak. Sodium or empty calories.
