  • Republicans, yes (even though they claim to come from every political party, I have yet to see one run as a Democrat or Independent). In sheep's clothing? More like wolf's clothing, heh.

  • No! They're also Independents AND Democrats!!

"Some Americans who say they have been sympathetic to Democratic causes in the past -- some even voted for Democratic candidates -- are angry with President Obama and his party. They say they are now supporting the Tea Party -- a movement that champions less government, lower taxes and the defeat of Democrats even though it's not formally aligned with the Republican Party."

  • I have seen Republicans that I don't like, but I haven't seen a Democrat that I did like. (politicians)

  • Nope. I'm a registered republican and a Tea Party member. No hiding. No manipulation. Just want my party to return to its conservative roots, desire for a Constitutional Republic, and also find its way back to fiscal responsibility. No disguise. I have nothing to hide!

  • Democrats and Independents

  • Democrat by birth, Republican by choice. The Tea Party represents real anger at the administration for the Marxist czars appointments and the full speed ahead, damn the torpedoes approach to ramming through unpopular legislation that smacks of socialism. We are a representative government after all. If the fall elections weren't so close, I would genuinely fear violence. We really need to vote the bums out as soon as possible. I have been active in political circles my entire life and I have never seen anything like the indignant and fierce response to the liberal attacks, especially the ones that label opposition as bigots.
