  • kix and chex are also healthy cereals. some other good breakfast foods are yogurt, toast with honey, scrambled eggs (or an omelette cut up)

  • Shredded Wheat Little Bites - I thought it would be too hard, but he loves it. He's also had the Giant Rice Krispies. He likes pretty much any cereal.

  • We usually do Multigrain Cheerios or some of the Kashi cereals with fruit. He loves raisins or bananas with his cereal. He also loves yogurt--I use that as an opportunity to sneak an extra vegetable in for the day by adding pureed veggies (like carrot or squash) with some fruit. He also loves pancakes, so I usually make whole wheat pancakes--sometimes with purees added, just reduce other liquids in the recipe (sweet potato puree is a good one to add, but others work too).

  • Chex, Cheerios, Oatmeal are the names I can think of.
Any cereal that has whole grains and isn't loaded down with sugar or addatives.

  • Almost any cereal that isn't full of marshmallows or sugar coated is fine. Kix, Wheaties, Multi Grain Cheerios, Life, Crispix, things like that.
