What is better for me? Sobe Fruit Punch or Coke or Diet Coke?

As far as calories and such go, I know that the SOBE actually has more... but only by a little.

But in general health wise.... which is better for me?

  • The sobe. It's at least more natural if I'm not mistaken. The coke of course is crazy high in HFCS, and the diet coke has artificial sweetener which is basically poison, imo.

  • Neither. Diet drinks have aspartame in them and they have not been proven to prevent weight gain. Either water or 100% fruit juice.

  • i would think the sobe would be a better choice because they say soda is not good for you anyway and sobe claims to be more natural so i would go with the sobe

  • 100% juice, or tea would be better than any of those.
All have something 'wrong' with them.

  • Yeah, every time I drink a diet coke it makes my stomache hurt... so those are out anyways... but I think the Sobe has to be better as well. I just wonder if there might be something I don't know about them that could hinder or harm me.

  • I DO drink water... but I also have taste buds and want a different flavor at times.

  • Crystal lite has a new low calorie all natural drink mix out. It's not too bad. It's sweetened with stevia.

  • Stevia has high levels of something in it that I can't recall that hasn't even been approved through the FDA and different companies have been trying ot get that specific item (I wish I could remember the name of it) approved since before I was born 25 yrs ago. It is known to cause cancer worse than even Aspartame. :( I'm not touching it. Thanks though.
