  • Homemade soup, cubed ham and cheese, pasta and sauce-you can hide a lot of different veggies in sauce.

  • I give my little guy fruit for snacks. He loves strawberries and grapes especially. He also likes cottage cheese. I do these with a turkey and cheddar sandwich. He sometimes wont eat meat, so I just give a cheese sandwich. Sometimes pb&j. He really like peanut butter, so I give apples with it. Veggies are a little tougher he really only likes peas, corn and steamed carrots. He loves chicken salad. I make a Caesar kind of salad with bowtie noodles, spinach, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.

    Hope these ideas help!

  • My toddler is the same. Try nuggets w/ ketchup or ranch to dip, macaroni n' cheese, chicken snack wraps(McD's), yogurt, bananas cut up, pizza, apple sauce, waffles, poptarts. This is pretty much all she will eat. I give her a supplement drink because she won't eat veggies. How about spaghetti-o's w/ parm. cheese (bread and butter on the side)? Hang in there!
