  • military, foreign relations, and negotiation of anything involving REAL interstate commerce (not the sale of anything or provision of any serivice anywhere that they co-opt by saying it could potentially cross a state line). And the backing for that is the constitution. It's that commerce clause that's been so corrupted that is the primary reason our country is so far in debt and the gov't has its fingers in so many things that are none of its business.
