I wonder why I'm losing weight when I'm not even trying!

I had kids back to back for five years. I gained a lot of weight during this time due to gestational diabetes and bed rest. I had my tubes tied almost two years ago, so no more pregnancy. I haven't been excercising, or eating to terribly well, but I'm losing weight! I feel fine though. Like a significant amount.. My pants and shirts are baggy, and my hubby said something too. He never notices, even when I'm trying. I wonder why..

  • Do you eat your meals three times a day, or do you spread them out? I spread mine out for quite a while and that had me lose weight.

  • Check your blood sugar. You could be diabetic. Are you peeing a lot? Thirsty all the time? Constant dry mouth? Changes in vision?
