  • I do cheese slices, sliced apples, whole grain goldfish, hard boiled eggs, any sort of chopped up fruit, and yogurt.

  • I am an apple gal. Portable and can take a bit of lunch box abuse! Hard boiled eggs are good to. My son used to LOVE raw green beans so I wld pack them for him to naw on.

  • string cheese, carrots, cucumbers, grapes, apples, yogurt (i believe they make tubes of yogurt you can freeze and it thaws in the lunchbox), whole grain crackers

  • grapes, raspberries, string cheese, hummus and tortilla chips, edamame, go-gurt, apple wedges with dipping sauce (one part peanut butter and one part plain yogurt with a little honey mixed in), fruit kabobs (fruit and cheese cubes on a skewer), rice cakes with or without peanut butter, baby carrots steamed and then refrigerated
