  • For store bought cocoa: Ghiradelli, any flavor. Land O' Lakes actually makes really good cocoa too and I don't mind good old Swiss Miss. Marshmallows are always good and if you want them but are out, Fluff works just as well...try it with Strawberry, YUM!

For Hot Chocolate: I melt real chocolate with hot milk. Your favorite plain chocolate bar or kisses are wonderful but for flavor use peanut butter cups, chocolate mint disks, raspberry cups etc. So decadent that it serves as a dessert.

  • I buy Swiss Miss milk chocolate with marshmallows for the kids, they like it after school. I'll also make Starbucks hot chocolate, and add whipped cream, caramel and smoked sea salt - it's heavenly.

  • Steven's Hot Chocolate is the best!!! They come in a bunch of different flavors. I love the French Vanilla and mint one. The mint is regular hot chocolate flavor with a hint of mint oooo and stir it with a candy cane around Christmas, simply delicious!
