  • Play-doh keep DS entertained for quite a while (and is very cheap...or you can make it). Either just playing with it by itself or maybe even buy one of the little play-doh toys. DS is also 2 (will be 3 in December). He loves playing with cars or trains or anything with wheels. You can get matchbox cars for really cheap. Tracks aren't necessary as he'll take them & "race" them around our coffee table or on the floor or wherever his imagination will take him. I'll try to think of some more ideas for you!

  • A couple of cardboard boxes, and some markers. You can get boxes from the grocery store (call and ask for empty boxes) and set htem up around the living room. Turn them into forts, cars, islands, etc, and play games around them. GL!
