What's your favorite dish to take to a potluck?

I'm going to a potluck tomorrow nigh, and I'm looking for ideas.

  • cheesy potatoes and corn

    1 bag frozen cubed potatos
    1 can cream of chicken (or onion soup)
    1 can cream corn
    1 can corn
    1-2 cups shredded mixed cheese

    mix everything BUT the cheese in a big bowl saving pour half of it into a big can pan sprinkle a layer of cheese, layer the rest of the potato mix then cover with cheese
    bake at 350 for 45mins- 1 hour or until its bubbling in the corners

    to make this a dinner add precooked ham or smoked sausage and serve it with salads and dinner rolls mmmm our fav!

  • My most requested dish to bring are 1. main dish- mexican lasagna, 2. side dish- sweet green bean bundles, 3. dessert- either cake pops or pumpkin roll.

  • hmm...the only things i can think of are summer things, like a pasta salad or a fruit salad. you could also do some type of lunch meat tray and bring bread for sandwiches, or a cheese plate, fruit plate, ect.

  • I am always asked to bring my cheesey potatoes. I have also brought pulled pork for sandwiches and a roasted turkey. Have fun at your potluck...:)
