  • Walk... Running's not good for your joints, and I have enough issues with those.

  • A walk. A run would be maybe 100 yards.

  • I would love to go for a run, but I am not a good runner at all, so I will choose walk.

  • I would love to be able to run with my dog, but I've got to get back up to that. I can't run very far right now since I've been lazy for the past few years and haven't been running or anything. But he and I have been going out in the yard and kind of running/jogging for a couple of lengths of it for the past couple of weeks. Already I am getting able to go further and further. Yay!

Anyway, I am going to have to go for walk since I can't run right now. :)

  • Walk. A fast walk. Running damages joints-knees and ankles.

  • Walk..........the only way I would be running is if I am being chased by some weirdo! But I have DDD and arthritis so bad in my hips and knees...I highly doubt I'd get too far! I'd flop Im sure! LOL
