How can I loss 10 lbs fast?

I really need to drop a few pounds before the holidays. Anyone have some simple ideas?

  • hcg drops can help you lose 1-2 pounds a day! I purchased them for only $18! Look for a group I'm in called HCG Dieting Mama's, join and you can get tons of info about it!

  • cut out carbs. Try to consume only 20 grams a day.

  • Here is what I did and lost 10 lbs in about 3.5 weeks. No sodas, 1500 mg sodium a day, no red meat, no caffeine, oolong tea (twice a day), fish 2 times per week, vegetarian meals 3 times per week, quinoa (the best grain in the world), Whole grains only (nothing white), Spinach salad with lunch and dinner daily, walking 3 miles per day. I feel like a new person too!

  • eat less, drinks tons of water, work out for atleast 30 mintues a day! (replace 2 meals with a bowl of healthy cereal for each)

  • there's lots of ways to do it fast but they're not healthy and it's only water weight
