  • The fastest for me has been The Atkins Diet....and the time I used phentermine diet pills (prescription).

    The healthiest way, and the way I've kept it off, has been The Eat Clean Diet, by Tosca Rena....which really isn't a diet, but a change in your eating habits, and of course exercise.

    Be careful, you want to be healthy....not just hot!!

  • Healthy diet of roughly 1300 calories daily, drink 64 ounces of water EVERY day (think of the Oceanspray juice bottles), exercise 5-7 days a week for at least 30 minutes.
