  • She is 3 months along and wants to know if the constant kicks/movement she is feeling is either the baby or phantom movements. And if it is phantom, would it be constant?

  • At three months along, baby is NOT big enough for you to feel KICKS at might at the very most feel a slight flutter if anything or a bubble pop feel. You will NOT feel an actual kick.

  • I don't think phantom or actual movement would be constant, at this stage any feelings down there are simply muscles being stretched

  • Is this your first baby? I felt fluttering earlier with my second two then I did with the first.

  • I would say that feeling the flutters, or quickening, would be possible, but kicks won't really be felt for a while yet.
