  • Yes, they get a little snack with a drink when they come home. They get raisins, mini candy bar, and even fruit snacks. They do not get much since got home and about an hour and ten mins to dinner.

  • I usually do not give them anything unless they ask. If they ask it is usually a couple of goldfish crackers or a fruit roll up.

  • My son eats breakfast at 6:45am and a snack at school around 9:30 and lunch at noon. I pack a teeny snack for the bus ride home (salt free crackers, A clementine perhaps) and the he and his sister nap/rest til about 4:45ish and then have about 200 calories worth of something.... a string cheese and banana w/ nut butter maybe. Dinner is 730ish, give or take

I don't give raisins as a snack, ever. We eliminated them from their diets completely since (along w/ fruit snacks) they're terrible for teeth. For every single raisin eaten you'd have to brush 6 minutes to get rid of it completely
