how can i lose weight pretty fast but healthy, what are your tips?

i know a lot of water helps, i have to do that again. i am only liek 10 pounds overwieght for my size but i want it off. stress usually helps but i am okay lately. i am 5-2 qnd 129 lbs... any ideas or strategies you do to not eat too much?

  • You are well within the normal range for your height/size. Be happy that you are "okay lately!" lol
    The way I've found that you lose weight is to NOT cut out anything in your diet. It only makes you feel deprived and eventually you go back to eating it, even bingeing and gain more weight.
    You should make your normal plate of food, what you normally eat and then cut it in half. Eat your normal meals (if they include vegetables) and just eat a smaller portion.

  • Give up any alcohol, cut back on/quit eating meat and animal by products, increase water, fruits and veggies, and try to increase your activity level.

  • Give up sodas/fats/fried foods. Eat lots of fruits/veggies. Drink lots of water. Work out...

  • id love to be 130lbs!
    But here is advice from a 220lbs who knows alot.. just cant muster anything up to do it...
    -workout past your comfort zone... Work out to FAILURE... Like running? Run until you cant.. Hard breathing doesnt count. Run until your body (not ur mind) fail.. Sit ups until you litterally cannot do another inch... squats until you fall over..
    -Eat very small snacks ever 90minutes.. handful of carrots, celery, nuts... it tells your body "no worries there is food around" and so it doesnt hold to as much as if u eat every 5hrs for normal meals..
    -up fiber/water/ "clean food".. check out "thintervention" by Jackie Warner.
