I usually don't go very long between feedings during the day but there are times when we go 4 hours are so and feel pretty uncomfy. The other night we went 6 hours or a little more and I didn't feel that full.Answer Question

The very best way to tell if your baby is getting enough is weight gain. If your baby is gaining at least 4 oz a week or a pound a month then you have plenty. If a normal baby (full-term, no health or developmental issues) is hungry they nurse more and the breasts start making more milk in a day or two.
