Sure sounds like socialism to me--especially denegrating the Constitution.

  • Obama made it crystal clear to Joe the Plumber that he plans a massive redistribution of wealth — taking your wealth!

Obama's plan defines 'rich' anyone making over $90,000 a year, because that's when his FICA tax cap comes off and you start paying an addition 7% of tax on each and every dollary you earn above the cap!

And if you are making just $50,000 a year or more — expect to pay another 4.5% on each and every dollar you earn starting in 2010. That's when the Bush tax cuts expire.

'President Obama' has emphatically states he will expire those cuts for "rich" people like you.

  • I agree.... if the liberals sweep the board, plus Obama puts his choice of justices in the Supreme Court, we should prepare for a completely different country.

  • I am just really amazed at how people fawn over Obama...he is bad for everything the USA stands for. His aims are very much Marxist and yet...all these ignorant people think he's god....all they look at is his skin. If they actually listened they would be running in fear.

  • People on this board don't even know what Marxism is for crying out loud. And I love all the comments about how any of us who are voting for Obama haven't been thinking or looking into things enough. Please - perhaps you all should look in the mirror. I would guess that to a person all of you who criticize Obama supporters voted for Bush in the last two elections - and you made a HUGE mistake then. I'd be pretty suspect of your judgement and ability to make rational decisions this time - thank you very much.

And, by the way, have you wondered AT ALL why the majority of Repub intellectuals have written about their disappointment with McCain's campaign and how many of them will NOT be supporting him this time? Get your heads out of the sand!! and get your eyes away from Faux news and maybe you'll actually learn something.

  • How many here, Make more than 200 thousand taxable earnings and what business do you own that you have know deductions to make it under that mark. And if you make that much, in time of need with the deficit like it is, what is so bad about the old tax , you only pay it on income over the 200-250? You have had 8 years of big taxs breaks and if you have a bus. that large you are also taking advantage of all the loop holes that are out there that the middle does not get. I would like to hear what you are into to make that kind of money. My family are big in bus. Car Washes, Atm, PAC, MD, big 3, landscapers, plumbers, etc.

  • What we have today is the side effects of Capitalism and why their has never been a Country with true Capitalism. They all in some forms have government control to stay afloat. We lost the balance of control and freedom with free trade, loosing jobs. To much Capitalism with the banks, morgage failure. To big of a gap on poor to rich, which is happening with poor working conditions, that is why unions got started, Companies had to much freedom and started abusing workers.
McCain wants to give a big break to corporate, to make gap larger and more power to search for cheap labor, lower wages in US and more abuse to workers. Read on Capitalism and how if it get out of hand what will happen in the encyclopedia, that is where we are at. Thank goodness, Bush, does finally realize this and is trying to stop it before a depression. Thank goodness for history.
