Bacon casserol dishes?

So far I came up with rice, cheese, chicken cream of mushroom soup and of course bacon. Any veggies that any one can think of that would go goood with this and also would sauteed onions go good with this? Any other ideas would be great, thanks!!

  • Broccoli, green beans or peas would be good, and the sauteed onions would add extra flavor. If you have bread crumbs, cracker crumbs or cornflake crumbs, mix that with butter and sprinkle on top.

  • Try it with potatoes instead of rice. You can also add broccoli.

  • Crumbled bacon, 10 eggs, 2 cups milk, chopped onions, chopped green pepper, 2 cups of grated cheese. 5 slices of bread....spray pan with pam, line pan with bread, pour mixture over bread, spead evenly, cook at 350 for 35 minutes covered, 10 more minutes uncovered.
