  • lunges!!! side to side, front to back. walking. grl, those will give u a GREAT workout. and crunches for the stomach. reverse crunches and bridges help with the lower belly flap

  • Climb up and down stairs.

    Grab a couple cans of soup to use as small weights.

  • Push ups, and you can find objects around the house to do arm curls

  • ok if you know how to do Bicycle crunches... do one left one right then legs straight up in the arm and lift your butt... keep doing that until it hurts really bad then do five more ;) its great for all your stomach muscles

  • Heavy housework.....scrubbing floors on your hands and knees using both arms equally....washing walls....raking leaves if you have a yard....vacuuming.....cleaning your bathroom meticulously.....housework is hard work and works out the body wonderfully....walking is good too, but take walks for pleasure....walk places as often as possible.....play with your kids....get on the floor and wrestle, tickle....play frisbee, run races with them ...(I don't know how old your kids are, but age appropriate play as they grow of course)...if you have room, make a garden with shovel and seeds....all of this stuff is great for the body and keeps you in shape....

  • Push ups, sit ups, leg lifts, lunges, and dancing (I know it dosnt sound like a workout but trust me...and its great because you can dance with your kid(s) and they will have a blast.)
