A good side for meatloaf that is not mashed potatoes or mac n cheese?

  • I love baked fries with gravy.. even though it is not the healthy option. I also pair it with a salad and fruit for dessert.

  • How about corn casserole? I don't know the recipe off hand but it's made with boxed corn muffin mix, creamed corn, and you bake it in the oven. I am sure if you googled or went to you could find a lot of recipes for it. Or a side salad and garlic bread. Or baked squash.

    You just made me hungry for meatloaf! :)

    Salad greens
    Buttered carrots
    Spaghetti with pesto sauce
    Try to avoid the heavy starches, meatloaf is already loaded with fat.
