  • All you can do is walk and have sex...it might not work but that's all you can do. You'll go into labor when the baby's ready. You're on it's schedule, not yours.

  • No, that's not all you can do. You can drink castor oil. Mix one part castor oil, one part honey & one part lemon. BUT, it will also make you poop a lo & it makes some women puke...not fun when you're in labor. I did it & i pooped & puked, but i was having a home burth...was 3 weeks over due & REFUSED to go to a hospital. It worked....it certainly made me go into labor & my baby was totally normal.

  • Castor oil is risky business. I advise against it simply because between the diarrhea and vomiting you are seriously dehydrating yourself. and yes the vomiting and diarrhea can cause contractions or just really bad cramps not to mention it encourages baby to have a bowel movement too, which will have to be treated with antibiotics. Raspberry leaf tea. Jasmine oil massaged on your tummy. Really if you are going to do it at home you should just wait for labor to start itself and not try to force things.
