  • You really don't notice a difference until the near end of your pregnancy, at least I didn't.

  • I think it is supposed to stay high and thick- but I could be wrong on that.

  • its suppose to stay high and thick and as you get closer to the end of your pregnancy your cervix actually softens in preparation for birth. I never felt mine, or really notice much difference, not until the end, as the baby got heavier there was a lot more pressure that was felt in the lower ab, Im assuming it was my cervix. But there really isn't much difference to how the cervix feels, at least for me there wasn't

  • i havent noticed any difference until like the last couple weeks with both of my pregnancies my daughter is coming tuesday by scheduled c section

  • i've never physically touched my cervix but im not sure, but I know towards the end of pregnancy it flattens {apparently since my ob said mine has flattened already} and that it thins out so the baby can be born.
