Winning a lottery,,,

If you can't will the winnings to someone, can you put their name on the ticket along with yours when it's turned in. So by their name being on the ticket they also "won" right??

  • Yeah. When you sign the back of the ticket also put their name on it.

  • As long as they are over the age of 18.......which it is in almost all states.

    Say if you and a group of friends were in a lottery pool......all your names would have to be signed.

    I would call and ask your states lottery office about it to be on the safe side......you dont want to make the ticket NULL/VOID.
