  • In my opinion, no. I don't even have one in my bedroom.

  • Never! Not until they are old enough to have a job and buy their own.

Now speaking to your SIL about it is a bad idea. She will take it as criticism and it will cause a rift in the family. A tv in the bedroom is not abuse, so keep your opinions about it to yourself.

  • I have a sister in law who has tvs in her kids bedrooms. Drives me crazy that thats how she puts her kids to bed. Bed time routine? Bathtime? Cuddles? Nahhhh.. shove them in the crib n turn dora on for a few hours.. it'll be kool *rolls eyes*

  • I think so. My kids are getting a TV and game system for the Holidays... I have never seen an issue with it. We don't sensor what they watch now, and don't plan to start... So what does it matter if they are watching what they want in the livingroom or in their bedroom?

  • No. There are no TVs in bedrooms in our home, nor will there be.
