What's the best way for you to get rid of a sore throat?

Mine is with warm chicken broth.

  • I used the good old fashion way of gargling with warm salt water, then suck on good old vicks throat lozengers.

  • Hot tea w/ honey & cinnamon.. And cough drops.

  • Depends on why there is a sore throat. I will treat those symptoms. But usually with my Mela cough drops, mouth wash, or breath spray..or a hot cup of tea.

  • I've had a sore throat and cold for the past week. I've been trying everything to soothe it. Hot mint tea, cough drops, humidifier, hot broth, lots of lemon ice water, popsicles.....it still hurts ugh. :(

  • Tylenol. Takes some time but it does help. If you look at Tylenol Sore Throat, you'll see its just Tylenol in liquid form. Just buy the cheaper generic kids tylenol.

  • we do hot herbal tea with honey or just a spoon of honey to coat your throat. salt water before its gets too far into a cold works good too. :)

  • I gargle with anti-bacterial mouthwash.  It works like a charm.
