how long were you in labor for your first baby? at how many weeks?

i heard that the first baby you have comes later then your due date and that youll be in labor for a while if its your first?

  • Friday afternoon until Tuesday afternoon. I was a week overdue.
    No one everytold me.
    The second was a breeze-maybe 2-3 hours.
    Skip the first one go right to the second.

  • 41 weeks, in labor 20 hours. Ended up having to have a C-section, guess he just didn't want to come out :)

  • 40 weeks, My labor only lasted 15 hours from start to finnish, I had a pretty easy labor. Guess I was one of the lucky ones, lol.. Now am 26 weeks pregnant with my second, hope labor goes good this time around :)

  • 42 weeks!! I was in hard labor for almost 30 hours... but it is all worth it! Hope you have a easy 1st!

  • My water broke on my due date- had hard labor for 16 hrs and then emergency c-section
