How did you lose your post-baby jelly-belly?

I'm feeling way too saggy for 28 years old. Please give any and all suggestions...Bump if you feel the same. Thanks ladies!

  • A healthy diet, breastfeeding and yoga (30 - 60 minutes a day, 5 days a week). That's what I did after all 3 of my kids.

  • I would really like to know the answer to this, too, since I've been eating right and exercising for two years, and I still have a lot of it. I'm not huge still, but I still weigh about 15lb more than before I got pregnant, and it doesn't seem to want to go away any time soon.
