What do you use TSP for?

I was just given a LOT of TSP (texturized soy protien), and besides using it in the place of ground meat in chili and spaghetti, I am not sure what to use it for. Any suggestions or recipes would be great!

  • I pretty much use it like you said, in place of ground meat, in tacos, spaghetti, chili, lettuce wraps, stroganoff with mushrooms, mix it with rice, veggies and tomato sauce for stuffed peppers, etc.

Experiment with it. let it absorb different flavors.
