Slice of ham, ideas?

My mom gave me a large slice of smoked ham.
Other than halving it and using it as ham steak, what would you do w/it?

  • my ham recipe is very bad for you.. but heaven in your mouth! take brown sugar and mustard powder and mix together in even proportions and then run it on the ham. Place ham in a baking pan and place a bed of watercrest greens around it.. and then pour heavy cream over it and bake it at 350 for about an hour.. it is so good you won't even care about how unhealthy it is.

  • Hmmmm yum......I'd use some of it for scalloped potatoes and ham, and some of it diced up in omelettes.
