  • Do you know the cause? That makes a difference.
In general, moving makes a big difference. Being sedentary is the enermy of circulation (among other things). But there area lot of causes of poor circulation (and where the poor circulation is) that affect how it's treated.

  • boost ur circulation on eating lots of grape and use grape leaf as herbal tea , as an exercise just put a pencil with several facets under your feet (on grownd ) and try to rol it with ur feet, seated or while relaxing in bed just put a pillow under ur leg , try to walk as much as u can and use stairs at least 10 times / day .

  • I'd talk to your doctor, but exercise can help. Also Iron supplements

  • A nice daily walk to start with. Start out slow and do what you can. Adding some B6 vitamins may help too! Wishing it gets better for you!

  • Exercise, stretch, and make sure you are getting good nutrition.

Make sure you're getting enough magnesium to balance your calcium. (As calcium makes your bones strong, magnesium prevents brittleness, and keeps muscles and vessels flexible.) Limit your intake of sweets (yes, sweets...just try it!)

If you supplement (and you should), use magnesium citrate, and soak in epsom salts.

  • use those special socks, I forget what they are called but they are tight and sold with the foot specialty items and they increase circulation and they are wonderful!
