Are You Hungry?

So I read this article on the guy who plans on eating 1200 potatoes, only potatoes for 60 days straight

link - http://www.aolhealth.com/2010/10/21/man-eats-potatoes-60-days/?icid=main%7Chtmlws-main-n%7Cdl3%7Csec1_lnk3%7C179459

Well, I guess on a bright note meal planning & grocery shopping is easier that way, LOL

If you had to pick only 1 food to eat every day for 60 days what would you pick?

I think I'd pick an apple, they taste good and I have a sweet tooth.

  • well I really wouldn't just eat an apple If you only eat one food you can become very unhealthy In different ways it depends what food you eat healthy or not but if I were to only eat one food it would have to be potatoes too just because there are so many different ways you can make them and they are delicious no matter how you eat them.
