When did your child(ren)'s first teeth come in and where?

My 10 week old son has been teething a lot for a few weeks now and this morning i put my finger in his mouth to check for teeth coming in and i feel a boney feeling knot type thing on the top. Is 10 weeks too young for teeth to be cutting?

How old were your kids when their teeth came in and were they top or bottom?

:)

  • They definitely start teething that young, but you won't probably won't see an actual tooth for some time! That being said, (although rare) babies can be born with teeth!! My son's came in on the bottom first...so cute! His started actually busting through at about 7 months. He bit down from teething so bad at 8 months that I had to quit breastfeeding!! It was ok though because I also found out at that time that I was pregnant with his sister and wanted to stop for that reason.
