  • If you can do it with school, and deployments are covered, and you're both on the same page, go for it!

  • Can you care for another, w/o cutting into the time/expense of your other children?
    Your marriage?

Only the two of you can really say. If Dh were deployed, would you be able to manage
    your family with an addition?

Take your time, talk about it, be open to all possiblities.
I'm sure you'll both make the right choice for your family.

  • well, I am 24 with my 5th child on the way, my husband is also military and we are well to do, and will be doing this for another 15 years, we do great with our 4 and soon to be 5 kids, that is really a personal decision, and only you and DH can make it, not a bunch of random women on CM

  • I was 25 when I had baby number 5. I was a married-single mother since my husband was gone for almost 2 years with the military. It worked out fine and my kids do not want for attention. Contrary to "popular belief" kids do not need constant attention and as they get older and they get siblings they usually find attention in their siblings because siblings are more fun than parents apparently.

  • I would wait to you fnish school. It is hard enought going to school, making time for your children, etc. What is the hurry since you are only 24?
