Do you think some of your physical aches and pains are directly related to your depression?

If I am really down in the hole, I cannot control my pain at all.

  • Yes. Depression can affect the entire body and not just the mind. When I was at the worst of my depression, I would have bad headaches.

  • Yes it can, I used to have heart palpitations and headaches almost daily.

  • I have body aches and migraines almost every day for no reason. The only thing that I can think of that might be causing them is my depression.
