What should I make for dinner?

Tired of the same old-same old. Need ideas for something for dinner. My husband is pretty unfinicky, disliking only mushrooms. I dislike cilantro. Everything else is good....any ideas?

  • one of our favs is Mexican Lasagna - replace noodles with tortillas, use either taco seasoned meat or shredded chicken, use Ro-Tel tomatoes & chilis instead of sauce and lots of mexican flavored cheese. Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and a little crusty. Serve with refried beans and salad with chipotle ranch dressing. Yummy!

  • I'm defrosting skinless boneless chicken breast. I'm either doing honey-dijon sauce or a fettucine thing with brocolli. My mom just said she wants sweet potato today, so probably the honey-dijon....

  • My family loves this
    Saucy Beef tips over rice
    1 Reynolds oven bag
    2 Tablespoons flour
1 can stewed tomatoes (14 oz)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 lb round steak, cut into thin slices
Preheat oven to 325. Shake flour in oven bag. Place in a baking pan. Add tomatoes, soup mix, water and pepper to bag. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Add beef to bag and turn bag to coat beef. Arrange in even layer. Close bag with the bag tie. Cut 6 slits in top of bag with tip of knife. Bake 45 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles
If you don't have an oven bag, just use a baking pan covered with foil and bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until beef is tender.
