  • My one year old eats whatever we're eating usually. Sometimes if we have something too spicy for him or something he just cant chew yet, i'll make him something else. He LOVES pb & j's, fruit, cheese, yogurt and oatmeal with applesauce.

  • we have no peanut or any nut allergy in our families so we gave our children peanut butter after one and they were ok! I would be careful with the sugarfree jelly thou because of the Sorbitol its harsh on adults systems and it might give them severe gas and bloating, maybe diaherra plus kids need so many sugars fats etc.
My daughter get lactulose another sorbitol (sugar subsititute) but she has constipation issues and it can be pretty rough on the system and its prescribed by a GI doctor.

I have cut up banana really thin and placed that on PB for my kids, mine don't like jelly at all LOL or i just give them plain PB.

  • heres some things my 15 month old loves avocado , cheese , black beans , yogurt, egg , cottage cheese, tofu , veggie burger pattys cut up , pasta with pesto and parmasean, baked beans ...if i were you i would avoid jam with sorbitol , its really harsh stuff. how bout a wrap rolled up with cream cheese , pb organic is the only way to go , the reg stuff is very pesticide ridden.

  • Mine ate anything we did as long as it wasn't too spicy or hard to chew. Some favorites were applesauce, mashed potates, cubes of cheese, mac and cheese, peanut butter and jelly. Thats all I can think of right now, hope that helps !

  • My sons like things like noodles and vegetables. (macaroni noodles they are easier to grab) and eggs, my two year old loves scrambled and my ten month old eats boiled eggs. they both like tuna. Frozen veggies like peas corn and carrots. all kinds of fruit blueberries, bananas, strawberries, mango, kiwi, avocado. All diced. Cereal (dry) my 10 month old loves LIFE and multi grain cheerios. My youngest I have to be careful with many types of food due to his milk protein allergy. But when my oldest was one he liked a ton of things like cottage cheese, yogurt, string cheese. Turkey and cheddar sandwich. He sometimes wont eat meat, so I just give a cheese sandwich. Sometimes pb&j. He really like peanut butter, so I give apples with it. He loves chicken salad. I make a Caesar kind of salad with bowtie noodles, spinach, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.

  • My son eats whatever I'm eating - his favorite for lunch lately is cheese tortellini (I buy the frozen kind, it only takes minutes to heat up). As an alternative to "sugar free jelly" which likely has some type of artificial sweetener, you could try the "all fruit" which is just smushed up fruit.
