Is it possible? adult content

For a man to rape his wife? I'm having a debate with my friend who says no because the people are married meaning consent is implied. When you get married no means nothing?

  • According to the domestic violence definition iit is possible to be raped by your husband. It doesn't matter if you are married. NO means NO! If you voiced your answer and the man proceeds to force you it is rape. In sertain states you can say no at any time during the act and if they dont stop it is considered rape. Laws vary state by state though. Some others would call that sexual misconduct.

  • Yes even though you are married your husband can still rape you....being married does not mean that you have to have sex any time he wants to if you say no.

  • Yes, it is most definitely possible for a man to rape his wife.

No means no. Married or not..

Forcing yourself on an unwilling partner (married or not, male/female.. I don't care whom or what the relationship is) is rape.

  • If you or your spouse does not consent, it is rape.

  • Here in the UK, if you force yourself on a person who doesn't want it, it's rape. Marrying a man doesn't make you his property. If it did the equal would apply and you shove things into him whenever you felt like it.

  • Yes, it's possible. If a women says no, being married doesn't make a difference....no means no & she has every right to say NO! She still has a choice. Women do not lose their right to choose when they get married....

  • yes it is possible. Just because he is my husband doesn't mean he can take it whenever he wants.

  • No is still no. In Missouri, it is no different than if a stranger rapes someone; no at any point is still no, and it is still rape. Like pp said, legal definition may vary. By relationship standards though, no still means no, and rape is rape no matter what the relationship.

  • According to the law no means no married or not in PA. In my book being married does not mean the man can take sex forcefully from his wife.
