  • I did around 6 months, but it was really watered down and only 100% juice.

  • Around the same time you introduce fruits, but be careful because they can choke on it pretty easily.

  • 6 months and never more than 4 oz a day, water it down at first too.

  • 3 yrs old. The longer you wait the better. Juice is far from a need.

  • I started when DS was 10 months old but I wish I waited till after he was one. It's hard to get him on board for milk sometimes all he wants is juice.

  • we started at 16wks due to severe gas issues. Recommended by the pedi---prune juice--very watered down and she likes it.

  • I think somewhere between 8 and 9 months. 100% juice and always half watered down. I only give him around 8 ounces of the juice water mixture. Drs. recommend only 4 ounces of juice a day.
