  • I like them all, as long as they're homemade, but i suppose waffles are my fav. I just hate cleaning the stupid waffle maker! Lol!

  • I like the heart shaped thin soft waffles my Mom makes. I like to spread the home made preserves my Mom makes on the tops of them.

  • I LOVE crepes. Had a french uncle who made them for us growing up so it is one of those childhood memory foods. We just eat them with syrup rolled up- plain and simple but so good. Love them with fresh fruit or berries too. My DH is not a syrup eater so he eats his with seedless blackberry jam and havarti cheese, sounds weird but it is pretty tasty too.

  • I like all. I never clean my waffle maker! Weird.

I prefer my pancakes with butter and salt and pepper or with homemade fruit syrup.
I like my waffles with enough butter to fill the holes! LOL. Again, fruit syrup.
    I like crepes with Nutella.

I refuse to eat any that are not homemade. They just taste like cardboard to me.

  • Pancakes with pureed pumpkin and pumpkin pie spices, chopped pecans, topped with whipped cream, butter, and syrup. It's very low calorie. (kidding)

  • Something I LOVE is crepes the way they do them here in Japan - not as a breakfast food but as a dessert. They make them fresh, then put ice cream, whipped cream, fruits, nuts, syrup, etc (basically whatever you would put on or in a sundae) and roll it up, sort of like a waffle cone, only it's in a crepe. It's SO SO SO good!

  • Crepes are easy to make. Here's a recipe for you
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    3 eggs
    2 cups milk
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
Sift together flour, sugar and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk together with an electric mixer. Beat in flour mixture until smooth; stir in melted butter.
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 2 tablespoons for each crepe. Quickly tip and rotate pan to spread batter as thinly as possible. Brown on both sides and serve hot. You can set them aside in a container with a lid, like a tupperware, don't tightly close, just loosely. Fill with fresh fruit, Nutella, or jam and whipped cream.

  • When I make crepes, they're usually cheese blintzes. My favorite crepe recipe is Alton Brown's.

As forpancakes, I love Ina Garten's Banana and Sour Cream Pancakes, but I usually add chocolate chips and you can leave the banana out
